  1. Lisa, I love your recipes and can not wait for your book to come out.  Quick question,  Do you have any recipes that I can use my leftover pulp in?  I have a Vitamix and would like to use the pulp in another dish.5 stars

      1. I think you can use ginger pulp in oil. Let it infuse about a week, strain. Use as a hair/scalp oil treatment, and lymphatic massage oil.

Fruit and veggie pulps can go in cakes and muffins.

  2. Thank you so much for your recipes may God continue blessings you as you share to everyone..I love to make my homemade drinks…and always want to know how to make different types of drinks 🙏🙏.

  3. I have quite a bit of coconut milk on hand, but no coconut water. Can I use coconut milk in place of the water in some of these recipes?

    1. Absolutely! I always use a Vitamix blender, which you can find more information about on my website. Just type “Vitamix” into the search bar and you will find a few posts about it.

  4. Quick question- I have a sensitive stomach + when I’ve tried tumeric capsules I get a bad stomach ache. Do you think I could tolerate a drink with tumeric? Or, any suggestions about how to avoid stomach ache from tumeric? Thanks so much for posting these great recipes!

  5. I am desperate for a natural, homemade drink to help my inflammation, however, my body doesn’t take well to lemon/lime. Is there an alternative?

    1. You can omit it in a few drinks, but there’s a few smoothie options in this list that don’t require lemon or lime :)

  6. thanks for posting these! I have several autoimmune disorders that cause inflammation and fibrosis in my body. I am hoping to find something that helps with my pain. I have been vegetarian for a year now and that has helped too.5 stars
